Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of customers receipt of the product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of defective products. If a product is defective or the incorrect product was received, a return label will be provided. Please e-mail us at KandJRacingSolutions@cox.net or call Jill at (225) 361-3312 to get a return started. The return address is: K and J Racing Solutions, 11043 Buxton Road, St. Amant, LA 70774. Refund will be given when the item is received in saleable condition.

Shipping

-We make every effort to ship items same day. Our cut off time is 3:30 pm Central time.

-It is not our policy to overcharge customers for shipping.  For international shipments, very often United States Postal Service overcharges the customer.  A refund of the difference between what the website charges and the actual cost will be given to the customer once the item has shipped.

-If you buy multiples of single items for which a flat rate is charged for each, you will receive a refund to actual shipping if an overcharge occurs.
